We’re ready for ICIC17. Are you?
ACT@Scale will be presented and represented a number of times during ICIC in Dublin, and we are very excited to be so visible at the conference.
Firstly, the project is highly involved in “The Implementation Room: How to design and implement integrated care: Lessons from early adopters”, which is a series of sessions organised in a collaboration between the European Commission’s DG SANTE and Consumers, Health, Agriculture and Food Executive Agency (Chafea) and part of Chafea’s initiative to widely disseminate the results of the 2nd and 3rd EU Health Programme.
Furthermore, Cristina Bescos, our project coordinator is presenting ACT@Scale in the Satellite Workshop on the EU Health Programme, where five EU Health Programme projects will be presented: ACT@Scale, SCIROCCO, ASSEHS, ICARE4YOU, and SIMPATHY, to share experiences and explore the possibility of transferring knowledge in certain areas.
Last but definitely not least, ACT@Scale is presenting in the workshop EU-funded Integrated Care for Vulnerable Persons (e.g., chronically ill, multi-morbid, frail elderly) Research Projects, which focuses on outcomes of five different EU projects that are investigating integrated care practices: SELFIE, SUSTAIN, Ja-CHRODIS, ACT@Scale, and SCIROCCO. During, the projects will present their findings, approached, plans and connections.
