Kicking off ACT@Scale
ACT@Scale’s first project meeting was held on 14th-15th March 2016 in Luxembourg and marked the official beginning of the collaboration towards advancing Care Coordination and Telehealth services.
During the meeting, all work packages presented their aims and plans for the project, and the visual identity was revealed.
An interactive workshop helped the consortium determine when a service is sustainable, what would characterise success and failure, and which risks are facing the project.
All deployment sites presented the services that they will be upscaling and aims and challenges were discussed.
Although a large part of the consortium also participated in the ACT Programme, several partners were new to the group and teambuilding activities helped the partners get to know each other better.
The consortium will meet again in the fall of 2016 and keep meeting twice a year for the duration of the project.
