In October 2017, ACT@Scale hosted a successful transferability event “Telehealth and Care Coordination: What we did right and what we did wrong? Critical self-reflection”. During the event, experienced project managers and digital leaders presented a unique insight in their lessons learned from years of working in the field. In ACT@Scale, we feel privileged and grateful to our speakers who shared their lessons learned with a great level of honesty and shared both successful and less successful stories.
We have gathered all the good points and input from the presentations in a brochure to make sure that all the good learnings can be shared with our network.
